Check in no later than 5:10 am if your shift starts at 5:30m, at the Information Booth by the front entrance of EBS.

A water bottle and a jacket in case the weather gets cold.

Yes! Costumes are highly encouraged.

Preferably yes. But you can shift around. The Halloween Coordinator may have to reassign you to higher priority events to ensure coverage.

Complimentary meals will be offered. Hot dogs or burgers (veggie and cheese options available) Snacks are available for purchase: cotton candy for $5 and popcorn are also available for $5 (large) and $3 (small).

Ideally we would have two volunteers per station to accommodate breaks. Please take breaks at your discretion, preferable when there's not a long line at your station.

Yes! A formal letter will be emailed to all volunteers after the event. Please check in and check out at the Information Booth.
