🎃 Volunteer for the Halloween Carnival!

 

Help us make this year’s Halloween Carnival a spooky success! We’re looking for volunteers to lead and support a variety of fun activities and attractions.

Historically we have asked parents to design, build and operate grade level games.  We are focusing on allowing volunteers to spend more time with their family at the carnival this year.  Therefore we really just need at least one parent volunteer per hour per station.

​

We believe in transparency and the below and sign-up genus represent a nice-to-have request for volunteers - we just need an hour of your time.  Please reach out to halloween@ebs-afp.org to ask any questions and for reassurance that this is a minimal effort request for assistance.

🧙‍♀️ Lead Roles Needed

 

We’re seeking activity leads to coordinate volunteers and ensure everything runs smoothly. Leads will oversee setup, manage their station, and communicate with volunteers.

 

Lead Positions:

• Concession (Popcorn Sales)

• Arts & Crafts Booth 

• Costume & Pumpkin Carving Contest

• Need a point person to order and take delivery of pizzas

Leads will meet at the school on October 19th from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM to coordinate with individuals that have volunteered for these activity slots.
